1/ Due to council and insurance requirements we are UNABLE to offer a "pick up" service.
2/ All items are shipped no later than the next business day after receiving your cleared funds.
3/ All items should be delivered within 10 working days. If not please contact us ASAP at info@partslunacy.com.au
4/ New zealand orders may take up to 14 working days, although this is rare.
5/ We only post via Australia Post, if your item is send by Registered Mail, has Insurance cover, Express Post or is anything but an Odometer Cog, chances are it will be delivered by the parcel service. As such if you are not home you may need to contact the local Post Office for collection.
6/ All Items are packed well and will be well protected in Australia Post approved new packaging when possible.
7/ Insurance, Registered Post or Express Post is recommended as we are unable to locate your order once posted. This is your responsibility and it is an option on every sale. Please consider using it.
8/ Our Terms and Conditions form part of all and any sale on this website or any other media that Parts Lunacy may sell on.
1/ We always welcome returns that have an original reciept and are returned with postage paid with the following restrictions.
2/ Contact MUST be made prior to returning any item. info@partslunacy.com.au
3/ Item must be in a re-sellable condition and packaging if being returned for "change of mind" or if it does not suit the application.
4/ Items that are damaged, modified or in any other way tampered with, other than warranty issues, will NOT be refunded.
5/ No incidentals will be refunded, no matter how obtianed, including but not limited to damage to other items or parts, loss of time, out of pockets, postage, insurance incidentals or any other incidental. Please read Terms and Conditions Page.
6/ Damaged in transit items should be taken up with Australia Post.
7/ Faulty items may be returned within the time frame given in the sale with an original reciept. The suppliers decision on warranty is final.
8/ Any items returned without an original reciept or postage paid will incure a 25% restocking fee.
9/ We will cover the costs of standard return post for items that are sent incorrect or are found to be faulty.
